Weight Loss Maintenance
1. The purpose of food.

Need to use discipline to redirect your thinking and purpose. Stay in your own lane.

2. Future self.

(comparing what you are doing now to what you will need to do) You are always creating your identity. Do you realize what you are doing now and what affects that is having.

3. The stories you are telling yourself.

You are not able to move forward in a promising way until you find peace with your past which means that you need to re-write the past. 

4. Commitment and Unconditional love.
When you sign up before  September 25th, Dara will pay for your room and food a value of 700.00*
You no longer need to worry about gaining all that weight back on again.
